Do you charge offboarding fees?
No. We don't charge an offboarding fee. Where local law requires statutory payments (e.g., notice pay, accrued leave, severance) or there are government/third-party charges, we'll bill those at actual cost with your approval before anything runs.
What's included in "legal support inclulded"?
Our in-house team covers everyday employment questions, compliant contracts/policies, and onboarding/offboarding guidance in each country. If a complex issue needs external counsel, works council representation, litigation, or certified translations, we'll confirm scope and rates before proceeding.
