Gross salary, employer social charges, and statutory benefits are passed through at cost on the invoice: no markup, no margin. FX is absorbed by Teamed at Zero markup in any currency pairing; the conversion rate used is shown against the mid-market reference.

  • What about setup, exit, and FX margin?

    No. Setup: $0. Exit: $0. Deposits: none. Zero FX margin. Teamed absorbs FX so there's no markup line on the invoice and no spread. The conversion rate used is still shown against the mid-market reference so you can verify it. Statutory charges are passed through at cost: you'll see the actual government rate on the line, not a marked-up version.

You manage the day-to-day work; we carry the employment-law risk.

  • What are the contract terms? Minimum commitment?

  • Can I cancel any time?

    Yes. Cancel any month with reasonable notice for your hire (jurisdiction-dependent, typically 30 days). No exit penalty. Take your data with you in a standard export format.

  • How does payment work?

    One invoice per month per entity, payable in $, £, or €. Card, bank transfer, or direct debit. Net-7 terms. Salary disbursement happens in the employee's local currency at the interbank rate. Teamed absorbs FX, so the rate you see on the invoice is the rate that was applied.
